Summary
This study tested whether pelvic floor exercises done at home via video calls could help women with Multiple Sclerosis manage common bladder problems. Researchers compared three types of exercises—strengthening, relaxation, and a combination of both—over 8 weeks. The goal was to see which approach best improved bladder control, mood, and overall quality of life for the 24 participants.
