Summary
This study aims to understand why urinary incontinence is common in women with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will measure the activity of pelvic floor muscles in 47 women with MS and see how it relates to their bladder symptoms, disability level, fatigue, and quality of life. The goal is to gather information that could help design better future treatments for this distressing symptom.
