Summary

This study looked at 100 people who have brain changes seen on MRI but no MS symptoms yet (called radiologically isolated syndrome). Researchers measured four substances in their spinal fluid and blood to see if any could predict who later develops multiple sclerosis. The goal is to find better ways to identify people at highest risk.
