Summary

This study is testing whether a special training program using a light-up reaction device can help people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The goal is to see if this training can improve thinking skills, balance, and walking ability. Researchers will compare a group doing the training to a group that does not, to measure any changes in symptoms and quality of life.
