New hope for leukemia patients Who've run out of options

NCT ID NCT06979076

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new oral drug called MS-553 in adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and see what side effects it causes. Researchers will enroll a small group of 12 participants to find the right dose and see how the body handles the medication.
