New pill targets genetic weakness in Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT05245500
Summary
This is the first study in people of an experimental pill called MRTX1719. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific missing gene called MTAP, which is found in some lung cancers, mesothelioma, and other cancers. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
