Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug, MRTX1719, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (loss of the MTAP gene). The study aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 336 participants with cancers like mesothelioma, lung cancer, or pancreatic cancer will take part.
