Summary
This study looked at how many children aged 1 to 16 years old develop MRSA (a hard-to-treat bacteria) in their nose while staying in the hospital. Researchers also compared children who received antibiotics with those who did not. The goal was to understand if antibiotic use increases the chance of carrying MRSA. The study is now complete and involved 581 children.
