Summary

This early-stage study is testing an mRNA vaccine designed to protect against genital herpes (HSV-2) in 144 healthy adults aged 18 to 55. The vaccine is given in different doses to people who have and have not been exposed to the virus before. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how well the vaccine triggers an immune response.
