Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and immune response of a personalized mRNA vaccine called mRNA-4157 in people with solid tumors. The vaccine is being tested alone and in combination with standard treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can help the body's immune system fight cancer cells.
