First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental mRNA treatment (mRNA-4359) alone or with standard immunotherapies in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 361 adults will take part across multiple hospitals.
