Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental mRNA medicine (mRNA-4106) in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The medicine is given alone or with another cancer drug (checkpoint inhibitor). The main goal is to check safety and side effects. About 57 adults with cancers like melanoma, lung, or liver cancer will take part.
