Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental mRNA medicine, mRNA-4106, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study aims to check the safety and tolerability of the drug when given alone or with another cancer therapy called a checkpoint inhibitor. About 57 participants will take part across multiple centers.
