Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing a new mRNA-based cancer therapy called mRNA-4106. It is being given alone and in combination with standard immunotherapy drugs to 57 patients with various advanced solid tumors. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand the side effects of this experimental treatment.
