New scan offers Radiation-Free look at infertility causes
NCT ID NCT02108665
Summary
This study compared two imaging tests used to find physical causes of infertility in women. Researchers wanted to see if a special type of MRI scan could work as well as the standard X-ray test, but without exposing patients to radiation. The study involved 40 women undergoing fertility testing to see which method was better at spotting problems in the uterus and fallopian tubes.
