NCT ID NCT05977621

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study explores whether combining MRI and ultrasound images can help doctors guide brachytherapy (internal radiation) more precisely for uterine cancer. Researchers will take ultrasound images of the pelvis and try to fuse them with existing MRI scans. The goal is to see if this fusion is possible and could lead to better needle placement during treatment. About 17 adults with uterine cancer who are scheduled for brachytherapy will participate.
