First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special MRI scan can help doctors predict a serious side effect called osteoradionecrosis (bone death) in people with head and neck cancer who are getting radiation therapy. About 1,400 participants will have MRI scans before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to catch bone damage early so it can be managed better.
