Summary

This study tests whether special MRI scans can predict breast cancer response to chemotherapy earlier and more accurately than standard tumor size measurements. Researchers will measure changes in tumor blood vessels and cell density in 135 women receiving standard chemotherapy. The goal is to improve surgical planning and avoid unnecessary treatments.
