MRI scans could help personalize cancer radiation, reduce side effects

NCT ID NCT05919290

Summary

This study aims to use repeated MRI scans to better understand how head and neck cancer tumors respond to radiation therapy. Researchers will scan patients during their treatment to see if changes in the tumor can predict outcomes. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors personalize future radiation treatments, making them more effective while reducing long-term side effects for patients.
