First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special whole-body MRI can better detect if high-risk prostate cancer has spread to bones or lymph nodes. About 98 men with high-risk prostate cancer will get this MRI along with standard bone and CT scans. The goal is to see if the MRI is more accurate at finding cancer spread, which could help guide treatment decisions.
