New scan could reveal if lung scarring drugs are working

NCT ID NCT05241275

Summary

This study is testing a special type of MRI scan to see if it can detect changes in lung scarring. It will enroll 60 adults with progressive lung scarring who are starting or considering anti-scarring medication. Participants will have the MRI scan before starting treatment and again at 3, 6, and 12 months to see if the scan can measure how the disease responds.
