Summary
This study is testing a new, precise procedure that uses heat vapor to shrink enlarged prostate tissue. Doctors guide the treatment using combined MRI and ultrasound imaging to target the problem area accurately. The research aims to see if this approach safely improves urinary symptoms for men with benign prostate enlargement who haven't gotten enough relief from medications.
