Summary

This study is testing a new, targeted treatment for men with localized prostate cancer. It uses an MRI scan to precisely guide ultrasound waves to heat and destroy the tumor while trying to avoid damaging surrounding healthy tissue. The main goals are to see if this procedure is safe, effectively controls the cancer, and helps preserve patients' urinary and sexual function.
