Summary
This study is testing a procedure called MRI-guided cryoablation, which uses extreme cold to freeze and destroy small prostate cancer tumors. The goal is to see if this targeted approach can safely control the cancer while avoiding the side effects of surgery or radiation. About 100 people with early-stage prostate cancer will take part, and researchers will monitor them for up to 6 months to check for tumor recurrence.
