Summary
This study is testing if a special type of MRI scan can help doctors choose the best chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. The scan measures blood flow in the tumor, which may show early on if the chemo is working. If successful, this approach could help shrink tumors enough so that more patients become eligible for potentially curative surgery.
