First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looked at whether MRI scans can help doctors diagnose rheumatoid arthritis (RA) sooner in people with joint swelling that doesn't yet have a clear cause. 75 adults with early symptoms were followed for a year. The goal was to see if MRI findings could predict who would develop RA, allowing earlier treatment and better outcomes.
