First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests two drugs together—MRG003 and pucotenlimab—for people with a rare and aggressive type of thyroid cancer (ATC or PDTC) that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. About 60 adults will receive the combination every three weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment shrinks tumors. This is a phase II trial, meaning it is still being tested for safety and effectiveness.
