This study tests whether using a sensitive blood test (MRD) to guide follow-up treatment can improve outcomes for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR-mutant stage III NSCLC). Participants first receive a targeted pill (aumolertinib), then a team of doctors decides on local therapy (surgery or radiation). After that, the blood test helps decide if maintenance therapy should continue. The goal is to see if this personalized approach works better and is safe. About 192 adults aged 18-70 with good performance status are being studied.
