Summary

This observational study will follow 95 adults who receive a booster dose of the MVA-BN vaccine against mpox. Researchers will collect blood and other samples over two years to measure antibody and immune cell responses. The goal is to understand how long the booster's protection lasts, not to test a new treatment.
