Summary

This study tests whether taking the antibiotic moxifloxacin at set times over a year can lower the number of serious lung infections in adults with bronchiectasis (a chronic lung condition). Researchers will compare this approach to standard care in 140 participants. The goal is to see if this strategy reduces flare-ups and clears harmful bacteria from the lungs.
