New mouthwash formula tested to fight bad breath
NCT ID NCT07265102
Summary
This study tested whether a mouthwash containing two ingredients (chlorhexidine and chlorine dioxide) could reduce bad breath better than a placebo rinse. Forty adults with bad breath used the mouthwash twice daily for two weeks. Researchers measured smelly chemicals in their breath and checked their oral health to see if the treatment worked.
