Summary
This study aims to understand how two over-the-counter mouthwashes affect the community of bacteria and viruses in your mouth and gut. Healthy adults aged 18-25 will rinse twice daily for six months with either Listerine, Lumineux mouthwash, or plain water. Researchers will collect mouth swabs and stool samples to measure changes in germs over time.
