Summary
This study looked at whether practicing jumps in your mind (motor imagery) can help volleyball players land more safely and avoid injuries. Thirty players aged 15-25 from professional teams took part. Researchers measured their hip, knee, and ankle angles during jumps before and after 12 weeks of motor imagery training to see if their landing technique improved.
