First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares two different motor-cognitive rehabilitation programs for people with Parkinson's disease who have balance and walking difficulties. Eighty participants will be assigned to either a dual-task training combined with action observation and motor imagery, or dual-task training alone. The goal is to see which approach improves mobility and to identify biomarkers that predict who will benefit most.
