Simple letter could be key to keeping heart patients on track
NCT ID NCT07430644
Summary
This study tested whether sending a motivational letter could help people who completed cardiac rehabilitation remember and attend their important one-year heart health checkup. Researchers compared 102 adults who received the letter about six months before their appointment to those who received usual care. The goal was to see if this simple reminder could improve attendance and help patients better manage their heart disease risks.
