Video games prescribed for hospitalized kids in stanford study

Summary
This study is testing whether a special motion-capture video game system is practical and easy to use for physical therapy with children in the hospital. Researchers at Stanford will have 30 kids, aged 6 to 17, try the system during their therapy sessions. The main goal is to see if the technology is user-friendly and acceptable to both therapists and families, not to treat a specific medical condition.
