Scientists probe the hidden link between love and food
NCT ID NCT06072651
Summary
This study aims to understand how the emotional connection between a mother and her baby, combined with early feeding experiences, shapes the child's future eating behaviors and weight. Researchers will observe 150 children from an existing long-term study at ages 18 and 36 months. They will measure how strongly a child is motivated to work for food versus other rewards to learn about the roots of eating habits.
