Lupus drug trial hopes for remission without lifelong pills

Summary
This study tests a drug called mosunetuzumab in 30 people with lupus, with or without kidney inflammation. The goal is to see if the drug can put the disease into remission for at least 6 months after treatment ends, without needing ongoing lupus medications (except antimalarials). Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for safety and effectiveness over 76 weeks.
