Summary
This study looks at how morphine (a painkiller) and midazolam (a sedative) work in newborns who need breathing help in the intensive care unit. Researchers will measure medicine levels in the blood and comfort scores in 180 babies to find the most effective dose. The goal is to improve care and reduce side effects for these fragile infants.
