Summary

This study looks at how morphine (a painkiller) and midazolam (a sedative) work in newborns who need breathing help in the intensive care unit. Researchers will measure medicine levels in the blood and comfort scores to find the best doses. The goal is to improve care for 180 babies under 45 weeks corrected age.
