Summary

This study is investigating whether exercising in the morning or the early evening is more effective for lowering blood pressure and improving blood vessel health. It will involve 79 postmenopausal women aged 55-80 who have high blood pressure. The goal is to see if the time of day you exercise makes a meaningful difference in managing this common condition.
