Summary

This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or early evening makes a difference in lowering blood pressure and improving blood vessel health in postmenopausal women with high blood pressure. Researchers will track blood pressure changes over 24 hours. Participants must be 55-80 years old, postmenopausal, and have high blood pressure. The goal is to find the best time of day for exercise to help manage hypertension.
