New chemo rotation aims to outsmart pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests a new way of giving chemotherapy to people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Instead of using one drug combination, patients will receive two different standard chemotherapy regimens (NALIRIFOX and GnP) in alternating months. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep the cancer from growing longer than usual. The study will enroll 41 adults with confirmed metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not had prior treatment for their advanced disease.
