Summary
This study aims to understand why some multiple myeloma patients respond better to CAR-T cell therapy than others. Researchers will observe 25 patients, measuring specific immune cells (monocytes) before and after treatment. The goal is to find markers that can predict treatment success, potentially helping doctors personalize care in the future.
