New tests aim to predict leukemia relapse after groundbreaking CAR-T therapy

Summary
This study is testing whether a series of advanced blood and bone marrow tests can help doctors better monitor children and young adults with a type of leukemia (B-ALL) who have recently received CAR-T cell therapy. The goal is to see if these tests can identify who is at high risk of the cancer returning, which would help decide if a patient needs a stem cell transplant to prevent relapse. About 60 participants aged 1 to 25 will be followed for two years with regular clinic visits for testing.
