Summary

This study aims to develop tests that find tiny amounts of cancer cells left in the body after treatment for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-grade myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). By analyzing bone marrow samples, researchers hope to identify patients at higher risk of their disease coming back. The study involves 400 participants and does not provide a new treatment, but rather seeks to improve monitoring and early detection of relapse.
