First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether a therapy called Method of Levels (MOL) is acceptable and helpful for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Six people receiving care from community crisis teams tried MOL, which helps them focus on problems to find new solutions. The goal was to see if people would attend sessions and find them useful, not to measure long-term improvement.
