When a rash might be a good sign: study probes skin lymphoma drug side effect
NCT ID NCT07003100
Summary
This study aims to better understand a common rash that occurs in patients with two types of skin lymphoma (mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome) who are taking the drug mogamulizumab. Researchers will observe 100 patients to learn how often this rash happens and to find ways to tell it apart from the cancer getting worse. The goal is to help doctors make better treatment decisions by preventing them from stopping an effective drug due to a misleading rash.
