Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety of giving patients their own genetically modified T-cells to fight relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The study includes children and young adults up to age 26 whose leukemia has returned or is hard to treat. The modified T-cells are designed to target and destroy cancer cells, with the goal of finding a safe dose.
