Summary
This study is testing whether doctors can safely modify standard stent grafts on-site to treat dangerous aortic aneurysms in patients who have few other options. The research involves 500 patients with life-threatening bulges in their main artery near the kidneys. The goal is to provide a faster, more accessible treatment that could prevent deadly ruptures when standard devices don't fit.
